Our travel office is on the first floor of the City Shop building. We are located at number 109 on Yagnik Road. That is a very famous road in Rajkot, and we are right opposite the Jagnath Police Station. It is easy to find because the police station is a big landmark. Inside, we have a few desks and some old maps on the walls. There are usually a lot of papers and files around because of all the bookings we handle. The phones ring quite a bit throughout the day. People come in to ask about bus tickets or flights or just to plan a trip somewhere. Yagnik Road is always packed with people and traffic, so it is never quiet outside our window. We have a small seating area for customers, but it is nothing fancy. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people about their travel plans. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when many people come in at once. We have been in this city shop for a while and we know the other business owners in the building. We just do our work, print out the tickets, and help people get where they need to go. It is a simple operation and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. Just a regular travel office on a busy street.
