DELUXE PRE-CURED MACHINERY PRIVATE LIMITED

Our shop, Deluxe Pre-Cured Machinery Private Limited, is tucked away on Rajoo Engineers Road. We are right behind the Comet Tools building in Veraval, Shapar. It’s an industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of truck movement and noise from the other factories. We mostly deal with the heavy machines used for tires and rubber work. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with parts and tools laying around, but we know where everything is. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We have a small crew of mechanics and welders who have been doing this for a long time. We don’t really have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back covered in a bit of oil. We like it that way because it means we are actually working. The road out here isn't the best, especially when it rains and things get muddy, but we manage just fine. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Shapar, but we just stick to our corner and build our machines. It’s a simple operation without any bells or whistles. We just make sure the gears turn and the metal is solid before anything leaves the yard. It's honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening most days of the week.
