We are located over in the Shriram Industrial Estate, specifically in the units from B-69 through 73. It’s a good-sized space near the SP Ring Road Circle in Odhav. Being near Bileshwar Estate means there are always trucks and workers moving around outside our doors. Our daily life revolves around heavy machinery. It involves a lot of metal, grease, and loud noises throughout the whole shift. We started out with just one unit and eventually took over the neighboring ones as we needed more floor space for the equipment. Odhav is a busy part of town, so there's always something happening outside the gates. Inside, we just focus on the machines. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning, and they know these machines better than anyone else. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit or have fancy lunches. We’re usually in overalls, checking tolerances or making sure the assembly is going right. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people find us because they need something specific made or fixed. The office is just a small room where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls. It’s often a bit dusty because of all the work going on nearby, but that’s normal for an industrial area like this. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
