Bhalani Sons

We are based in B-202 at Karan Park, which is part of the Jay Jalyan Complex. It is a pretty easy place to find because we are located so close to the Big Bazaar. This is a family-run business, so the office often feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have been working out of this same location for several years now. It is a bit of a mix here—some days we are dealing with customers face-to-face, and other days we are just sorting through our stock in the back rooms. The space is filled with the products we sell, and there really is not much room left over for anything else. We do not have a large staff, just the family members and a couple of people who help us out. It can get quite noisy when the whole complex is busy, especially with the crowds going to Big Bazaar nearby. We mostly handle our business over the phone or with people from the neighborhood who already know us and drop by. We do not go in for any fancy displays or marketing materials. We just show people the items we have and tell them what the price is. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes deliveries arrive all at once and we have to stack boxes in the hallway until we can find a spot for them. It is a busy life, but we have made a good place for ourselves here.
