Bansi Crochet Creation

You can find us on Main Road No. 2, right in the Saurastra Kala Kendra Society. Bansi Crochet Creation is a small place near Modi School. If you know the 156 Ring Road area, we’re just a turn away at Plot No. 50-B. We do crochet work here. It’s a lot of sitting and working with needles and various types of yarn. It takes quite a bit of time to make something from scratch, so we’re always busy with one project or another. The society is usually pretty quiet, which is nice for this kind of work because it requires some focus. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It's more of a workspace where things actually get made by hand. Sometimes the yarn gets tangled or a pattern doesn't work out right, so we have to pull it apart and start over. That’s just part of the craft and we’ve gotten used to it. We’ve been at this for a while now. Neighbors often drop by to see what new things we’ve finished recently. We don't really do big ads or flyers. Word of mouth usually brings people in. It's just a local business trying to make things that people can use. We see the kids from Modi School walking by every day. It makes the place feel lively. We stay focused on the work in front of us. It’s simple, but it keeps us busy and we like the feeling of finishing a piece.
