Baldev Travels Agency is tucked away in the Sahyag Complex on Kanak Road. We’re located right behind the ST, which makes it easy for people coming off the buses to find us. Rajkot is a busy place, and Kanak Road is always moving. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where we do all our work. We’ve been in this 360001 area for a long time now. People usually just drop in when they are nearby the station. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. Just the basics to get the job done. It’s a local business through and through. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Some days it is quiet, and we just sit and talk, and other days it feels like everyone wants to go somewhere at once. We don't try to be something we're not. We just run the agency from this little spot in the complex. It’s a practical location for what we do. You walk past the main road, head behind the ST, and there we are. We've seen many businesses in Sahyag Complex change over time. But we stay put. It's a decent place to work. We don't put much stock in being polished. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the travelers are set. That’s what matters at the end of the day. It is just how we work.
