Aquatech Ceramics

Aquatech Ceramics is over at Shop No. 41 in Surendra Nagar. We are right near the Shiv Temple, which makes it easy for our customers to give directions to their drivers. The shop is not very large, but we try to keep a good variety of ceramic items in stock. Ceramics are delicate, so we spend a lot of time carefully moving boxes and making sure nothing gets chipped. We do not have a high-end showroom with bright spotlights. It is more of a local neighborhood shop where people drop in to see what is available for their renovation projects. We are not professional salespeople; we just tell people the truth about the products we carry. If something is not right for a customer, we tell them. The sound of the temple bells next door is a nice part of our daily routine. We know most of the people who live and work in Surendra Nagar. We do not do any fancy marketing or have a big online presence. Most of our business comes from people walking by or neighbors recommending us to their friends. We handle many of the deliveries ourselves using a small cart or truck. It is a quiet and steady business. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait to see who comes in. It is a simple way of life and we like being part of the community.
