Analogue Watches

Analogue Watches is located in Rudra Complex, room 103. This is Akshar Time, sitting right in the middle of Sanganva Chowk. It’s a busy area, lots of shops and people everywhere. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing with watches. The name Analogue fits because we like the old-fashioned hands on a clock more than the digital numbers. It’s a small space, and we keep it pretty simple. There are watches on the walls and more in the display cases that have seen better days. We don’t have fancy carpets or music playing. Usually, you just hear the ticking of a dozen different clocks at once. It gets kind of rhythmic after a few hours. We get all sorts of customers, some who want something new and others who just want to save a watch that’s been in their drawer for ten years. The chowk is always noisy, but inside it’s a bit quieter. We handle the tools every day, fixing what’s broken or just cleaning out the grit. It’s not glamorous work, but it fills the time. Sometimes the fans overhead make more noise than the clocks. We keep our doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the complex. It’s just a local shop for local people who need their timepieces looked at. We like the pace of things here.
