You can find us at the Shanti Niketan Complex, right at Shop No. 4. Being on the 150 Feet Ring Road means there is never a quiet moment with all the cars and bikes rushing past. Amrut Agro Export is basically a small operation where we handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls for shipping goods out. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we'd run out of space pretty fast. Most of our day is spent talking to people about crop prices and checking on shipping dates. We don’t wear suits or anything; usually, it’s just comfortable clothes because we’re often moving boxes around or heading out to meet people. It gets busy during the harvest seasons when everyone wants things moved at once. We’ve got a couple of desks, a computer that’s a bit slow sometimes, and a lot of files. We like being on the Ring Road because it's easy for people to stop by, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare during the afternoons. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screen. We don't have a grand vision or anything, we just want to make sure the bags of produce get to where they’re supposed to go without any trouble. It’s a decent life and we know most of the other shop owners around here.
