Akshar Holidays

Akshar Holidays is situated in the Silver Chamber building, specifically in rooms 313 and 315. We are on Tagore Road, right across from Atul Motors. This area of Rajkot is always busy with people and traffic. The office has large windows, but they tend to get a bit dusty from all the vehicles passing by outside. Inside, we have desks piled with brochures and notebooks where we plan out different trips. Much of the day is spent calling hotels or checking train and flight times to see what is available. Some days are very quiet and I just spend time tidying up the files, while other days the phone does not stop ringing. The elevator in this building can be a bit unreliable, so I often end up walking up the stairs, which is quite a lot of steps. We have some posters of different travel destinations on the walls, though some are starting to peel at the corners. It is a very normal working environment without any unnecessary decorations. People come in to ask about costs and dates, and we sit down to figure out the details together. Most of our clients are local families from Rajkot who have known us for a long time. We usually finish up the work by the time the street lights come on on Tagore Road.
