We’ve been at the Corporate Centre on Ring Road No. 1 for a good while now. It’s right near the Canal Road crossing here in Raipur. Mostly we deal with saplings and seeds and all things related to growing. People come in from all over the city and the nearby villages too. It gets pretty busy during the planting season, so the office can get a bit chaotic when deliveries arrive. That is just how a nursery goes though. We have some greenhouse space nearby where the real work happens. It’s not just a shop where you buy a pot; it’s where we manage the whole growing process from the start. We’ve seen this Ring Road area change a lot since we first moved in. We started out small, just trying to provide a few good varieties for the local farmers. Now we have more staff, but the core work hasn’t changed much. It is still about dirt, water, and seeds. If you are coming from the city, that Canal Road landmark is the easiest way to find us. We don’t have a fancy showroom with air conditioning, just the desks and the plant records. It works for us. We spend a lot of time checking on the stock and making sure things are healthy. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Not every seed grows, but we try to keep things moving. We usually have someone here throughout the day. It is a practical business, nothing too flashy or complicated.
