AJANTA RUBBER ROLLER INDUSTRIES

We are located at 13, Durga College Complex in Moudhapara. At AJANTA RUBBER ROLLER INDUSTRIES, we spend our days around machinery and the smell of raw materials. It’s an industrial sort of job, making rollers that other businesses use for their printing or manufacturing. Being in the college complex might sound a bit strange for a factory, but it’s just where we ended up years ago and it works for us. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or rubber shavings, and there’s always a machine humming in the background. We aren't the type of people to wear suits or sit in fancy boardrooms. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails by the end of the shift. We focus on making sure the rollers are the right size and that the rubber is set correctly. If a roller isn't perfectly round, it’s no good to anyone, so we take our time with the finishing. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just talk to our customers like normal people. They tell us what they need, and we see if we can make it happen. It’s hard work and the shop gets pretty hot in the summer, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished product ready to be shipped out to a client who needs it to keep their machines running.
