We are located right behind the Gurudwara, with Rajesh Kumar Gautam. It is a well-known spot so most people find us easily enough. Our group is all about the local farmers coming together. We realized a while ago that we were all facing the same problems with high costs and low prices. So we started this producer company. It isn't a corporate setup. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in hotels. Usually, we just stand around or sit on stools in the back of the building. We talk about what we are going to plant and who is going to take it to the market. There is always a lot of noise from the area around the Gurudwara, but we are used to it. Our office is simple, maybe a bit messy with all the registers and bags of samples. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We are just trying to sell our grain and vegetables. Some days are long and we don't get home until late. It's a lot of physical work and a lot of worrying about things we can't control, like the rain or the market. But being part of this group makes it a bit easier to handle. We are just local folks trying to do right by our land and our families in this corner of the world.
