Mind Space Hr

The office is over here in Pune, specifically at Jashan Mahal on Naylor Road. It is a quiet enough area most days, which helps when you are trying to talk to people about their jobs. We have been working out of this space for some time now. Most of our day is spent looking through lists of people and seeing who might fit where. It is a bit like a puzzle that never really ends. We have some tea in the morning and then start the calls. Naylor Road has some nice trees, and the walk from the stop is not too bad. Inside, things are pretty simple. We have our files, some old chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Mind Space Hr is really just a few of us trying to help folks find a way into a new company. We do not have any big fancy slogans. We just look at the skills people have and try to find a match. It can get a bit tiring when the phones don't stop ringing, but we manage. Pune is a good city for this kind of thing because there are always new businesses starting up. We see a lot of different faces every week. It feels good to just get the work done and head home for the day once the sun starts setting.
