Fs Management (I) Pvt.Ltd is run by Mr. Abhishek Gautam. We are located in Parras, which is in the Balod area of the Durg district in Chhattisgarh. It’s quite a specific place, and being in a district like Durg means we are far from the big city noise and traffic. Our work involves management, and we handle all the details from our office here. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or big office buildings. Instead, we focus on the everyday tasks that need to be finished for the company to run. The community around Balod is close-knit, and we feel like we are a small part of that. We aren't a huge team with fancy titles or expensive suits. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up, or we have to travel a bit to get things sorted out, but it’s all part of the job. We don't have a mission statement or any promotional posters pinned to the wall. We just show up at the office and deal with whatever comes across our desks that day. It’s a practical, straightforward life here in Chhattisgarh. We’ve been in this part of the state for a while and we know how things work. It’s not about being the most famous company in the country.
