We’ve been based out of this house in Ddu Nagar for a good while now. It’s MIG-614 in Sector 2, just a regular place in Raipur. We aren’t some huge firm with a glass building. It’s just a few of us here. We spend our days going through lists and calling people up. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. People come by looking for work, and we sit them down to talk. It’s mostly just trying to see who might be a good fit for the jobs we have on the list. Raipur is a big place but the business community feels small sometimes. We know most of the people around here. The office gets a bit messy with all the paper everywhere. We don't really have a fancy filing system, just folders and our computers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait. It’s not a flashy job but it’s what we do. We try to be helpful when someone walks in the door. We aren't into all those big corporate speeches. We just look at what's in front of us and try to get it done. It’s a lot of reading through resumes and trying to remember who said what. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for us to get to and it feels like a real neighborhood.
