We work out of 22/589 in New Mandi Ward, over in the Pandari Tarai area of Raipur. It’s a pretty busy spot with all the markets and shops nearby. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend most of our time looking for people to fill positions for different businesses around the city. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking their backgrounds to see if they fit. The building we are in is quite old and doesn’t have all the modern trimmings, but it’s central and easy to get to. We have a couple of computers and a lot of registers where we keep track of things. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but we try to keep the place clean. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people find us because they live in the area or heard about us from a friend who found a job through us. It’s just us working through the piles of applications and making calls. We take our tea breaks together in the afternoon and talk about the news. It’s a simple way of working. We don’t use corporate jargon or pretend to be something we’re not. We are just a local placement office helping folks in Raipur find a way to earn a living. It’s practical work and we are happy to be here every day.
