Manhar Hardware Mart

Manhar Hardware Mart is located in the Arihant Complex at Sanjay Gandhi Chowk. We are very close to Station Road, so it’s a loud and busy area with people always rushing by to catch their trains. Our shop is one of those places where every inch of wall space is covered with something. We have drawers full of bolts, shelves of paint cans, and tools hanging from the ceiling. It’s a bit cramped inside, and if two people are in the aisle, someone usually has to move out of the way. We’ve been here for a long time, so we know exactly where every little screw is hidden, even if it doesn't look like it. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, so the shop can get quite warm in the summer months. Most of our customers are local people from the neighborhood or workmen who need something quickly before they go to a job. We don't really do any advertising. People just know that if they need a specific tool or a certain shade of paint, they can probably find it here at the chowk. We spend our days helping people figure out which nail is best for their wall or how to fix a leaky tap. There’s always a bit of dust on the shelves and the floor has seen better days, but it’s a real hardware store. We just enjoy the daily routine and talking to the regulars who stop by.
