We are located over in New Rajendra Nagar. It’s a fairly central spot, which makes it easier for us to handle the day-to-day operations. Hilti India Private Limited has been in this area for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office and storage area are pretty functional. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything that isn't necessary for the work. Most of our time is spent dealing with orders and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of coordination and checking lists. The staff here are all local people who know the city well. We don't really go for a polished corporate look; it's more about just getting the tasks done. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and other times it’s a bit quieter, allowing us to catch up on paperwork. New Rajendra Nagar is a good place to be based because the transport links are decent. We see a lot of delivery drivers coming in and out throughout the day. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep a calm head. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work that’s expected, and go home. It’s a steady way to run a business and it seems to work for everyone involved here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily routine without much distractions.
