We’ve got our office for Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd set up at A-108 in Street 28. This is over in the Smriti Nagar area in Bhilai. It’s a decent area and fairly easy to find once you get onto the right street and look for the numbers. We deal with management consulting, which basically means we spend our time talking to people about their businesses and trying to help them figure out staffing or whatever else is bothering them that day. The office itself isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who need some help. We’ve been in Bhilai for a while and have gotten used to the way things work around here. It’s different from the big metro cities, and we actually prefer the slower pace of life. Our team is small but we know what we’re doing because we’ve been at it for years. We don't go in for big speeches or complicated plans that no one understands. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the problems one by one. It’s practical work that requires a bit of patience. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over resumes to see who fits where. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes through our door. If we can help, we say so, and if we can’t, we don’t waste their time with empty promises. It’s just how we’ve always run things here in Smriti Nagar.
