We operate out of Lili Chowk in the Purani Basti area of Raipur. It is a busy part of town, very old-school with lots of history in the streets. Being Bharti Airtel Ltd here doesn't mean we are some distant company. This specific office is very much a local spot for the people living nearby. Folks from the Basti drop by all the time with questions or just to sort out their bits and pieces. It is a practical setup. We have our desks and our equipment, and we just get on with it. The chowk is always bustling, which keeps us on our toes every single day. You can hear the tea stalls and the traffic outside most of the day. It is not a polished corporate headquarters by any means. It is a working office where we deal with real people from the neighborhood. Chhattisgarh has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk when people come in. We just try to help them out and fix whatever issue they might have with their service. Sometimes it is very busy, sometimes it is quiet, but there is always something to do. We like being in Purani Basti because it feels connected to the city's roots. It is a straightforward life here.
