L & T Construction

Our office is in Flat No.501 at Jainan Height in Lalpur. It's quite close to the MMI Hospital, so people usually know where that is. L & T Construction operates out of this space, and it’s usually full of maps, schedules, and various building plans spread across the tables. It’s more of a functional office than a decorative one. We spend most of our time out on sites, but this is where we come to do the planning and the paperwork that comes with construction. It can get pretty cramped when the whole crew is in here for a meeting. We’ve been working on various projects around the area for some time. It's not always easy work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or materials don't show up on time. We just try to figure things out as they come. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we're mostly looking at computer screens or stacks of files. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. People usually hear about us from previous jobs we've done or because they saw our signs at a site. We just focus on getting the structures built and making sure the foundations are solid. It's a lot of long hours and sometimes things get stressful, but that’s just how the building trade is. We're just a local team doing our best with the tools we have and the space we've got.
