If you look for Desh Bandhu Complex in the Ramsagar area, you’ll find us on the second floor. Our office is number 216, tucked away in Suite 216 near Agrasen Chowk. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going. Goyal Global Steel Suppliers isn't a massive warehouse; this is where the planning and the paperwork happen. We spend a lot of time on the phones and staring at spreadsheets. The office is a bit crowded with files and old ledgers, but we know our way around. Being near Agrasen Chowk means there’s always something happening outside the window. We get a lot of noise from the street below, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the orders go out correctly and that we keep our regulars happy. Some days are stressful when deliveries get delayed in traffic, and we have to spend hours sorting it out. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. It’s a working office where we keep the fan on high and work through the heat. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. They know the way to the second floor and they know they’ll get a straight answer when they ask about steel prices. It works for us.
