Ganga Steel Rerolling Mill

You’ll find our mill at Plot No. 5/502 in Ram Sagar Pura. We are right near the Union Bank of India branch, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the place. It’s a mill, so don't expect it to be clean or quiet. There is always the sound of metal moving and machines humming in the background. It gets very hot, especially during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small office area tucked away from the main floor where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens out in the yard. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff every day. The ground is mostly dirt and gravel, and there’s usually a truck or two backed up waiting to load or unload. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a nice shirt. We’re usually covered in a bit of soot or grease by the end of the shift. The team here is small, mostly guys from around the neighborhood who have been doing this for years. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the steel moved and making sure the counts are right. We eat our lunch together in the shade when we can find a quiet minute. It’s tough work, but it’s honest. We’ve been a part of Ram Sagar Pura for a long time and we know how things work around here. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
