Goyal Steel Supply

Our office, Goyal Steel Supply, is on the second floor of the Deshbandhu Complex, at number 216 in the Ramsagarpara Layout. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs, but this is where we handle all the coordination for our steel supply business. We do not keep the actual steel bars here in the office—that would be impossible for a second-floor room—but this is where the planning and the orders are managed. Ramsagarpara is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside the windows. We have been located in this complex for a good while. The office is kept simple, with just some desks, chairs, and many folders and ledgers for keeping track of things. We spend most of the day on the phone talking to suppliers or customers about their steel requirements. It is not a glamorous job, but steel is a basic thing that people always need for their building projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a few people come in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We like being in a central location. We have gotten to know the other shop owners and office workers in the Deshbandhu Complex over the years. It is just a normal, day-to-day operation. We handle the paperwork, schedule the deliveries, and try to keep things moving. It is just how the steel business works for us.
