Zhafir Plastics Machinery India Pvt Ltd is located over at Plot No 49 in the Paneval Industrial Co Op Estate. We’ve been here in the Raigad district for a good while now. To be honest, it’s not the quietest place to work with all the machines going, but we like it that way. We spend most of our time out on the floor dealing with the plastics equipment. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure things are bolted down right. The shop floor is usually a bit dusty, and there’s always someone shouting over the noise of the hydraulic pumps. We don’t have any fancy offices with glass walls or anything like that. Just a few desks pushed together and a kettle for making tea. Raigad has grown a lot, and the traffic around the estate can be a real pain in the mornings. You’ll see us there early, getting the trucks loaded up. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work. We don't really do much in the way of big ads or fancy talk. If someone needs a machine, they usually find us through word of mouth. It’s just a steady way of doing things. We stay busy, keep our heads down, and try to make sure the work is finished by the end of the shift. That’s about all there is to it.
