Utkarshaa Energy Services Pvt. Ltd. is located in Sector 8, in a building called Balahee Niwas. Our plot numbers are 107 and 108. This is in the Navi Mumbai area. The office is basically a converted space that suits our needs perfectly. It’s at 13/A within the building. We aren't in a big corporate park with fountains or anything. It’s a regular neighborhood building where people also live and work. This gives our office a bit of a relaxed, local feel. We do energy services, which means we spend a lot of time on site visits or looking at technical drawings at our desks. There’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints or equipment manuals lying around. We don't mind it much. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We’ve worked together for years and we don't feel the need for formal meetings every five minutes. We just talk over the partitions. The area around Sector 8 is quiet enough, though it has its busy moments. We like being here because it’s easy for most of us to reach. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the service we provide and making sure the technical side is solid. It’s a modest setup but it works for us. We are just a group of people doing our best with the tasks we have each day. Our work is steady and we prefer it that way.
