We have been based out of C-504 in the Tiara building for a while now. Sector 13 in Kharghar is a pretty quiet spot compared to the rest of Navi Mumbai, which is nice when you are trying to get work done. Most of us here just show up, grab some tea from the stall downstairs, and get to it. Being in an aviation-related business means there is always a lot of paperwork and technical stuff to look over. It is not always glamorous like people think. Sometimes it's just sitting at the desk and making sure everything matches up. We have a small office, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done for the few of us who work here. The commute can be a bit of a pain if you are coming from the main city, but the view of the hills during the monsoon makes up for it. Many different things cross our desks throughout the day. Sometimes the focus is on specific parts, other times we are just coordinating logistics over the phone. A big marketing team isn't something we have here. We just do the work and then go home. People in the building know us as the aviation folks. It’s a decent place to be. Files get organized as well as possible, though the desks usually end up covered in papers by Friday afternoon. That is just how it goes in this office.
