You can find Tiger Steel Engineering India Pvt Ltd at Sai Sharddha CHS, which is a housing society in Sector 11 of Kharghar. We are in Flat B/3 on Plot 65. Navi Mumbai is quite different from the main city, it’s a bit more spread out. Working from a residential society gives our office a very quiet and steady feel. We have converted the flat into a workspace where we handle all our engineering coordination. It’s not a huge place. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cabinets. The kitchen is now where we keep the printer and the water cooler. It feels homey. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Sometimes we see the kids playing in the society compound while we are working. It’s a good environment. We don’t have a big flashy entrance. You just buzz the bell and come on in. We focus on our daily tasks without much distraction. The commute is easy for most of us since we live nearby. Kharghar has changed a lot, with new buildings going up everywhere. But we’ve been in Sai Sharddha for a while now. We keep things simple. No corporate jargon or fancy presentations. Just a bunch of people working in a flat in Navi Mumbai. We prefer it this way because it keeps the overhead low and the focus on the actual work. It’s just a normal office for us.
