Shri Ganesh Wadewale

Shri Ganesh Wadewale is sitting right near Naranpura Char Rasta 19 over in Kharghar. If you know that intersection, you probably know where we are. It is a busy spot where four roads meet, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the cars and bikes passing by. We open up early to get the first batch of stuff ready for the people heading to work. The heat from the frying pans can get a bit much in the afternoons, but that is just the nature of the job. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big dining area. Most people just stand around the counter or take their food to go. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we know most of the people who live in the nearby blocks. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when too many people show up at once, but we manage to get everyone sorted out eventually. We aren't looking to change much about how we do things. The recipe is the same as it was when we started, and we plan to keep it that way. Kharghar is growing fast, but our little corner at Naranpura Char Rasta stays pretty much the same. We just show up, do the work, and hope the stove doesn't give us any trouble. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’re happy to be here every day.
