Roshani Caterers

Roshani Caterers is over here in Nerul. We’ve been operating in this area for quite some time. It’s a local business, through and through. We don’t go in for all that fancy marketing or polished brochures you see with the big city firms. Our setup is simple. We have our kitchen space where we prep everything fresh. Nerul is a nice place to work because we know the streets and the people. A lot of our work comes from neighbors telling each other about us. We do the cooking for weddings, small parties, and various local events. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting big pots and making sure the transport is sorted out so the food stays warm. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure things run right. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have multiple orders on the same day, but that’s just how the catering business is. We like the hustle. People here in Nerul appreciate straightforward food that tastes like it was made with some care. We don't use any of those pre-made mixes or anything. It's all done from scratch in our own pots. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If people are happy with the meal, they’ll call us again next time. That’s really all there is to it. We just focus on getting the flavors right for every order.
