Our workshop is located out in Bahe, near the Devkanhe post office in Roha. It’s deep in the Raigad district, so there is a lot of nature around the industrial areas where we work. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for quite a few years now. The engineering work we do isn't always clean; there’s usually a lot of grease and metal scraps around the floor by midday. We have a big shed where we keep the machines and the heavy tools. It gets really hot in the summer, but we have some old fans that help a bit. Most of the guys here are local and have been working with machines since they were young. We don't have a fancy reception area with a secretary. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls working on a specific project. We handle various engineering tasks as they come in from clients. Sometimes it's a small fix for a local machine, other times it's a big job that takes several weeks to finish. We just take it day by day and do our best. The 402304 area is where we call home. We’re not looking to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do the work right so it stays fixed. We have our daily routines, like starting very early before the sun gets too high. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like the results. We keep things maintained.
