Our office is over at 2A Vignahar Complex, which is right by the Navrang Hotel in Sector 12 of Kharghar. Navi Mumbai is a big place, but this little corner is where we spend all our time. The complex is pretty easy to find once you know the hotel landmark. We have been working out of this space for a while now, and it has a very lived-in feel to it. There are usually a few cars parked haphazardly out front and the stairs can be a bit steep if you are carrying boxes. Inside, it is just a normal office with computers and some old chairs that have seen better days. We don't really bother with fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out for a few minutes, but that is just part of the routine here. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle for making coffee in the afternoon. It’s a decent area with some shops nearby if we need to grab a quick snack. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a good sense of the local community. It is a practical setup for us. We don't have a receptionist in a suit, just us working away. It feels like a real workplace where things actually get done every day.
