Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We are set up over in Karave Gaon, which is near the Vittal Mander. It is a busy little area in Sector-36, Seawoods. Being in Nerul West means we see a lot of local movement every day. The office here for Larsen & Toubro Ltd isn't some massive skyscraper. It is nestled right in the local surroundings. We usually hear the sounds from the temple nearby, which gives the place a specific feel. It’s a bit different from the usual Navi Mumbai office vibe. Most of us take the train or drive in through the narrow streets of the gaon. We spend our days coordinating work and talking to teams on the ground. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on in Seawoods, but that is just part of the job. We aren’t trying to be anything fancy. We have our desks, our computers, and we just try to get the work finished before the evening rush starts. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes things difficult during the monsoon, but we manage. People around here know us as the local L&T spot. We don't have a big front desk or anything. It’s just a functional place for the staff to gather and plan out what needs to happen for the projects we are managing in this part of the city.
