Thermo,Dubai International Airport Project

Our office is in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 18-A at Prarthana Society. Even though our name mentions the Dubai International Airport Project, this is where we actually do the ground work. We are at Plot No 185, in apartment 28-A. It is a typical residential society, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate park. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day, from the birds to the local delivery bikes. The office itself is just a few rooms filled with desks and project charts. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files, but we make it work. Most of us live in different parts of Mumbai and take the train to get here, so we are used to the hustle. We don't have any big corporate policies about how to dress or talk. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It is a very down-to-earth place. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We just keep track of the project details and handle the logistics from here. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles with the Mumbai humidity, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for our team. We are just regular workers trying to stay on top of a busy schedule and finish our tasks every single day.
