We are based in the Seawoods Estates, over in the NRI Complex in Nerul. Specifically, you’ll find us at 33/403. P. K. Baidya handles the operations here in Navi Mumbai. Even though there's a connection to Dubai in the name, this is where we do our local coordination and engineering support. The complex is quite large, so it takes a moment to find the right sector among 54, 56, and 58. Our office is more like a workspace inside a residential setting. It’s quiet and allows us to focus on the technical side of the engineering projects we manage. We have computers set up for the design work and a lot of printed charts on the walls. It’s a very calm environment compared to the busy streets of Mumbai. We spend a lot of time on emails and coordination calls since we are often working with people in different locations. There’s no big sign outside, just a professional setup inside the apartment. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about the projects we’re currently tackling. It’s a small group here, and we’ve worked together for quite a while. We don’t have a fancy corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the engineering work done properly. We like the view from the windows; it keeps things peaceful and focused on the tasks.
