Ispat Industries Limited Raigad

This branch of Ispat Industries Limited Raigad is tucked away in the Rcf Colony over in Kurul. It’s a flat, B-38/11, so it doesn't look like your typical big corporate office building. Alibag is a nice enough place to work, though it feels a bit different being in a residential colony. We have our files and our desks set up in the rooms there. It’s quiet mostly, which helps when there is a lot of data to go through or reports to finish. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors in the colony know who we are. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist at a front desk. You just come to the flat and find us. It’s practical for what we do. Raigad district can get quite rainy during the monsoon, and the colony gets a bit damp, but we manage. We handle the local logistics and the admin work that comes with being part of a larger name like Ispat. It’s not about being fancy or impressing people. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we grab tea from the local stalls nearby. It’s a regular job in a regular neighborhood. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That's the way it is here in Kurul.
