Sharadha Vidyaniketan High School

Our school is located at No.8-11-182/7 in Panchamukhi Nagar. It's a residential part of Raichur, so we are surrounded by houses and small shops. The high school has been here for years, and most of the neighbors know us by now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the kids don’t mind. We have a couple of floors for the different grades. The stairs are narrow, so we have to tell the students to slow down when they run. Raichur gets very hot in the summer, so we have fans in every room, even if they're a bit noisy. We teach the usual subjects required for high school. The teachers are dedicated people who live nearby. We don't have a huge field, just a small courtyard where we gather for the morning assembly. Sometimes we have to move things around to make space for activities. The building is painted a simple color and has the school name clearly marked. We deal with the usual stuff like missing chalk or broken benches. It’s a local school for the local kids. We don't do a lot of fancy events, just the standard ones. Parents come by often to check on how their kids are doing. It's a very straightforward environment. We just focus on the lessons and getting the students ready for their exams. The gate is usually open a bit before eight. We try to keep everything running despite the heat.
