Ahmednagar District Poultry Farmerproducer Company Limited

We are set up over at Jogashavari Akhada in Rahuri, specifically at the place of Vitthal Baburao Bhongal. This company, Ahmednagar District Poultry Farmerproducer Company Limited, is really just a group of us locals trying to handle things ourselves. Most days involve a lot of talk about the birds and the feed. People from all around the Ahmednagar district stop by to see what we are doing. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our papers and meet up. It gets quite dusty on the road outside when the trucks go past, but that is just part of life here in Rahuri. We started this because the farmers around here needed a way to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the main town, but we are usually around. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just a few chairs and a desk where we handle the books. The sun gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early. Sometimes the neighbors come over for a chat even if they aren't involved in the poultry business. It is a quiet spot mostly, except for when we are moving supplies around. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
