Hotel Monohar Inn

If you walk down B.C. Road in the 713101 area, you might miss the turn into Anita Cinema Lane if you aren't looking. That’s where Hotel Monohar Inn is. It’s tucked away a bit from the main noise of the road. I spend most of my mornings checking the hallways and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not a huge place, just a regular inn where people stop for a night or two. Being near the old cinema lane means we get all sorts of people walking past. Some stop in to ask for directions, others have a booking. The lobby isn't very big, but it’s got chairs. We try to keep the place running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. There’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a squeaky door hinge. That’s just part of owning a building on B.C. Road. We don’t really do anything flashy here. It’s just a place to sleep and keep your bags. My family has seen this area change a lot over the years, but the inn stays mostly the same. We wake up early, get the coffee going, and see who comes through the door. It’s a steady kind of life. If you find yourself in 713101 and need a spot, we’re just down that lane by the cinema. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but it works.
