Ginger Hotels, Tata Enterprise

Ginger Hotels is a Tata Enterprise and you can find us at D-159 on Yuri Gagarin Path in Bidhan Nagar, Durgapur. The road name is a bit unusual, but it makes us easy to find. This part of Durgapur is quite industrial and we get a lot of people staying here for business trips. The hotel is pretty straightforward, nothing too flashy, but it’s clean and gets the job done. We have a small lobby where people sit and wait for their rooms. The staff wears uniforms, but we are all pretty casual with each other. The kitchen serves basic meals and the coffee machine is almost always running. It gets very hot in Durgapur during the summer months, so the guests are usually happy to get into the air conditioning. We have a parking lot out front that fills up quickly in the evenings. Sometimes there is construction noise from the nearby buildings because the area is still growing. We spend our days checking people in, fixing things in the rooms, and making sure the laundry is done. The Yuri Gagarin Path is a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing through the city. It’s a practical place to stay if you are working in the nearby plants. We don't have many tourists, just folks here for work who want a decent bed and a shower at the end of the day.
