Out in the Chakan Industrial Area, Phase III, we have our setup for Ziehl-Abegg India. We are located at Plot No. E-8 in Village Kuruli, which is part of the Khed Taluka. It’s a big, dusty area filled with factories, and ours is one of them. We focus on assembly and distribution of fans and motor systems. It’s a very practical environment. The floor is concrete, and there’s always the sound of pneumatic tools or forklifts moving pallets around. We aren't really the type for fancy offices. Most of the space is taken up by the warehouse and the assembly lines. We have a team of technicians who know these motors inside and out. It’s hard work, especially during the summer when the tin roof makes the whole place feel like an oven. We just get on with it, checking the parts and making sure the orders are ready for the trucks that arrive in the morning. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. If a fan works, it works, and that’s what we check for. The location is good because we are close to the main highways for transport. It’s a long commute for some of us, but it’s where the work is. We just try to keep the line moving and the quality where it needs to be for the customers.
