We handle the payroll and placement side of things. It’s a lot of administrative work, checking names and numbers and making sure everyone is where they should be. The housing society is pretty quiet during the day, which helps us focus on the spreadsheets and phone calls. We aren't a massive corporate office with hundreds of people; it’s a more focused group of us here. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to organize, but we make it work. People often call us to ask about their positions or pay, and we do our best to help them out from this little spot in Sheetal Park. It’s been our home for a while and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the neighbors well. We usually start our day early and finish when the work is done.
