The office for the Training Enhancement And Placement Monitoring Organisation is located in Pune. We are in the I-Space IT Park, which is right on the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway in the Bavdhan area. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the traffic on the highway is almost always moving. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a distance from the noise below. Most of our work involves keeping track of training programs and seeing how placements are going for various people. It’s a lot of monitoring and data entry, making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. The IT park itself is quite modern, but our office inside is just a regular workspace with the usual setup. We see a lot of students and young professionals coming through for various sessions. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time, and we end up staying late to finish the reports. We have a small kitchen area where we grab tea and snacks during the breaks. It’s a fast-paced environment because things are always changing with the placement cycles. We just try to stay on top of the paperwork and keep the computers running. Bavdhan is a nice area, even with all the highway commute issues. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for the whole team. It’s just how we do things here.
