Tops Security Ltd. is located right on Shivarkar Road over in Wanowarie. We have a good amount of space here, covering Hissa No-1 to 5, which is quite near the Shivarkar Garden. If you know Chaouguley Mala, then you know exactly where we are sitting. It’s a lively part of town with people always walking by to get to the garden or the local shops. The office is usually full of people coming and going. There are guys coming in for their shifts and others looking for work. A lot of paperwork comes with security, so the desks are always piled with forms and schedules. The traffic on Shivarkar Road can get pretty bad in the evenings, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the fans and people talking. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls, just regular desks and chairs where we get the planning done. Being near the garden is nice because you can step out for a minute and see some greenery when things get too hectic. We’ve been in this Wanowarie spot for a while, so most of the local shopkeepers recognize us. It’s a straightforward operation. Managing the guards, checking the rosters, and making sure everyone knows which gate they are supposed to be at takes up the whole day. It’s constant work, but someone has to do the organizing behind the scenes. We just keep at it every single day.
