Summit Facility Management

We are located over at Ganraj Resident, right near the Sai Temple on Road No. 13 in Tingre Nagar, Vishrantwadi. Running Summit Facility Management keeps us on our toes quite a bit. Being in Vishrantwadi is convenient because it's a neighborhood we know well. We spend a lot of time coordinating things from our office here. The Sai Temple is a good landmark if people are trying to find us for the first time. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and sorting out schedules for different sites. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. Some days go smoother than others. We don’t have a massive team, but everyone here knows their role and just gets on with it. Tingre Nagar is a decent place to work from, even if the traffic on Road No. 13 gets a bit backed up during the rush hours. We try to keep our workspace organized, though with all the paperwork involved in facility management, things can get a bit cluttered sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the area change quite a bit. It’s just a normal office where we try to stay on top of everything that needs doing. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we just want to make sure the work gets done and the buildings we look after are okay for everyone using them.
