Since we are a BPO, the office is usually pretty active at all sorts of hours. There are always people on headsets and the hum of computers in the background. It is a very standard office environment with rows of desks and people drinking coffee to stay alert during their shifts. We aren't here to pretend we are doing something revolutionary; we are just providing support and handling the tasks that need to get done. The building itself is quite modern, but inside we are just regular people trying to do a good job. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the calls, process the data, and make sure we meet our targets. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know. Being in Pune 411037 has its perks, like some good food stalls nearby for when we take our breaks. We’ve been at Gera Grand for a while and have become part of the daily rhythm of the building. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to be helpful whenever we can. It is just the way we operate here and we are fine with that.
