Zende Hair Cutting Saloon

Zende Hair Cutting Saloon is located at 575 Laxmi Narayan Apartment on Kelkar Road. We are right in the heart of Narayan Peth at Raman Baug Chowk. This part of Pune is very traditional, and our shop has been a part of the neighborhood for a long time. It was started by my father, and I took over from him. We don’t have fancy neon signs or modern interiors. The chairs are old-fashioned and heavy, but they are very sturdy. We mostly do simple haircuts and shaves for the local men and children. It’s a small space, so it gets warm in the summer, but we keep the fan going. People don't just come here for a haircut; they come to talk about what’s happening in the area. We know most of our customers by their first names and we know exactly how they like their hair styled. There’s no need for a computer here. We keep track of everything in our heads. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cluttered with all our tools and old magazines, but that’s just how it is. We don't do any advertising. People know where we are and they know we do a decent job for a fair price. It’s a quiet, steady life in a very old part of the city. We are happy to just keep serving the people who have been loyal to us for all these years.
