Yashesh Plastic Moulding Industries

Yashesh Plastic Moulding Industries is located at 9 Koregaon Park in the G I D C Estate, Phase-I. It is an industrial zone, so the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. We spend our days working with the moulding machines. It’s hot and noisy work, but it’s what we know. We make different kinds of plastic parts based on the orders we get. Some days the machines run smoothly, and other days something breaks and we have to spend hours getting it back online. That’s just the nature of manufacturing. We aren't a massive plant with thousands of workers. We are a smaller outfit where everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. The floor is usually covered in little bits of plastic, though we try to sweep up at the end of the day. We get raw materials delivered in big bags, and we send out the finished products in boxes. It’s a straightforward process. We don't have a marketing department or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other businesses in the estate. We’ve been in Phase-I for a long time. The office is just a small room with a window looking out onto the factory floor. It’s a bit dusty, and the chairs are old, but it serves its purpose. We just focus on meeting the production schedule and making sure the parts are decent enough for the clients who expect them.
