Yash Plastic & Engineering Works

Yash Plastic & Engineering Works is located out on Walekarwadi Road, specifically at S No-17, Hissa No-5-B-1 in the Abasaheb Chinchwad Industrial Estate. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address including the Bhuyangdev C R Sola Road part, but most folks just look for us near the main industrial gates. The workshop is pretty noisy most days because the machines for the plastic molding and the engineering tools never really stop until late. It is dusty and smells like warm plastic and metal shavings in here. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Some days we are busy making specific parts for bigger companies, and other days we are just fixing a broken piece for someone who walked in off the street. There is always a lot of scrap material lying around that we need to sort through. The floor is concrete and definitely shows the years of heavy work we have put in. We don't really have a front office, so if you come by, you usually have to yell over the sound of the grinders to get someone’s attention. It is not a clean or pretty place, but we get the jobs finished. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the molds are sitting right. It is just steady, hard work every day from sunrise to whenever we finish. We might be covered in plastic dust by evening, but that is part of the job.
